As a child I was always terrified of monsters coming up from the basement and especially scared of them nabbing my heel just before I get off of the last step on my way up. Oh my God that is terrifying, what an awesome monster, I love the fact that it's based on a childhood fear they are often the most potent. You just have to look at some of the best movie based on those fears, such as 'Don't be afraid of the Dark' and 'Mama' of course.

Anyway I think you've done a brilliant job here, defiantly one of pictures I seen on DeviantArt in months, well done.
